Give time and care to yourself and your body! Celebrate Spring through the practice of yoga: rest and refresh your whole being. Our retreat will take place in the very peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of Land of Medicine Buddha retreat center near Santa Cruz. State park hiking and biking trails adjoin the retreat center's grounds, and the ocean is 10 minutes away by car.
We will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Friday with centering yoga. Saturday and Sunday morning practices will be vigorous, with plenty of time to explore the poses individually. Saturday late afternoon class will include health practice techniques, chanting, and meditation.

The $360 fee covers classes, wonderful vegetarian meals, and accommodations in very comfortable double or triple rooms with private baths, looking out on redwood trees. Massage sessions and a sauna are also available.
